It's barely Monday and already I'm worn out. The argument went well this morning, however there were surprises waiting back at the office: unexpected calls to the North; unexpected statements needing to be tailored and submitted; frustrating client; motions that need responses; discovery that needs to be finalized...

I can see that free time will be in short supply this week.

I escaped to Tom's for a little while tonight to meet Jessica. A good two-hour escape. I think I'll go back tomorrow night.

Triple OT in the Stanley Cup Final tonight, otherwise I'd already be passed out.
